This quotation is valid for 30 days
and can only be effective upon receipt by ACP Customs Pty Ltd of the
customer’s written confirmation
of acceptance.

II.
|
All services and rates quoted are in
accordance with the current terms & conditions of the carriers
nominated by ACP Customs Services Pty Ltd. In the event of any
amendment, for example, but not limited to, GRI, Fuel or War Risk
Surcharges, CABAF, Government or Customs statutory charges etc, ACP
Customs Services Pty Ltd reserves the right to adjust the quotation
accordingly. Any FCL bookings against this quotation will be accepted
if space & equipment are available for the nominated sailing.

II.

This quotation is subject to the
standard terms & conditions of ACP Customs Services Pty Ltd.
Details of current limitations are printed on the back of ACP Customs
Services Pty Ltd letterhead. Further copies of the conditions of
contract are readily available upon request.

IV.
|
Proposed rates do not apply to
dangerous goods, valuable cargo, perishable cargo, upper deck
freight, or out of gauge cargo unless otherwise specified in the
quotation.

V.
|
The chargeable amount for air cargo
is calculated by multiplying the gross weight of a shipment or its
volumetric weight, whichever the greater, by the agreed rate per
kilogram. (Volumetric Conversion: 6000 cubic centimeter = 1kg or 1
cubic meter = 167 kilograms).

VI.
|
The chargeable amount for ocean LCL
cargo is calculated by multiplying the number of cubic meters of the
shipment or its weight in metric tones, by the agreed freight rate,
whichever results in the higher value.

VII.
|
Inland charges & cartage rates are
subject to local truck/transport volumetric conversion factors. For
FCL cargo, any ex door quotation provided will apply to
“shipper-loader units” only, unless otherwise specified in the
proposal. Local weight restrictions may apply on overweight FCL’s.

VIII.
|
Although overseas rates are quoted
in U.S Dollars or in the currency of country of origin, they are
payable in the equivalent Australian Dollar value on arrival,
inclusive of a foreign exchange protection factor, unless prior
arrangements have been made to pay in foreign currency. Please note
that ACP Customs Services Pty Ltd charges a fee to cover bank costs
incurred in processing payments in foreign currency.

All prices quoted are exclusive of
GST, Duties and other Taxes.

X.
|
Customs and Quarantine Attendance
fees & statutory charges, if applicable, are not included.
|

XI.
|
Rates quoted are based on
information provided by the customer. In the eventuality of that
information being incorrect, ACP Customs Services Pty Ltd reserves
the right to adjust pricing accordingly.

XII.
|
ACP Customs
Services Pty Ltd is not liable for any ocean freight equipment
detention charges. All such fees and charges, if applicable are
payable by the customer.
